We know how important it is for our Baciami Family to know exactly when their return reaches Baciami!

When you return your Baciami items using the Online Returns Portal, you will receive a tracking number with your return label. Once the package has shipped, you can input your tracking number at https://baciamimoda.com/track to see exactly when Baciami receives your return!

If you do not have access to your tracking number, no worries! You can find the tracking information by accessing the returns portal and entering the Order Number for the return in question.

Please keep in mind that all returns have a processing time of 5-7 business days from when the package is received at our Distribution Center.

Currently, we only offer a flat-rate return shipping service via FedEx which is available for purchase through the Online Returns Portal for U.S. Domestic Customers only.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to our Distribution Center. Depending on the shipping method and carrier that was selected to return, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please hold on to your return tracking number for your records.

Once your return has been processed, you will be issued store credit in the form of Baciami Dollars or credited back to the original form of payment within 7 business days.

During holidays and times of high volume, returns are subject to delays. If you are still waiting to receive store credit in the form of Baciami Dollars or credited back to the original form of payment, please contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) returned along with one of the following:

  • Proof of postage/return postage receipt
  • A return tracking number

Should you choose to return, Baciami does not provide prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In addition, any customers purchasing outside of the U.S. will be unable to use our Online Returns Portal. Instead, please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our full.

To return by mail – Use your order packing slip to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of Baciami Dollars for use on a future purchase. Baciami Dollars never expire, and are redeemable right away!

Helpful Hint: Baciami is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Boca Raton, Florida. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Baciami will not issue store credit for your returns.

We know how frustrating this can be. Rest assured, we want to make every order perfect for our BaciamiFam!

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form within 7 days of delivery. Please report your item as soon as possible for assessment.

Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your BaciamiStyle!

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Baciami, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:

  • The shipping address does not exist
  • The shipping address is misspelled
  • The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
  • The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
  • The addressee has moved
  • The addressee has refused the package

Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the Baciami Dollars minus the initial shipping charge or credited back to the original form of payment to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.

Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. Fashion Nova does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

As a fast-fashion retailer and eCommerce business, our prices may fluctuate and change in response to fashion trends, current stock on-hand, demand from our BaciamiFam, and various sales or promotions. This being the case, we will not issue a refund or credit back for the difference between your purchase price and the current price advertised on our website.
